McGuffey Ana features a 12 inch, fully articulated, blue-eyed Lissy with center-parted brunette hair styled into braided loops and bangs. She is wearing a dark pink and white checked gingham dress with short, lace-trimmed, puffed sleeves and a full skirt under a white organdy pinafore. The pinafore is trimmed with white cotton lace and accented by teal soutache. Pink silk rosettes with yellow centers, embellish the waistband of the apron. White, lace-trimmed petticoat and panties, white socks and white Mary Jane shoes with metallic buckles and a natural straw hat that is embellished with three pink rosettes and a black elastic strap complete her outfit.
