Joanie is a 30 inch girl with blue eyes and soft, curly blonde hair. She has a vinyl chest plate so she can wear low neck tops.
Joanie wears a dark navy poplin dress that has a box pleated skirt banded in white. Gold buttons trim the front of her dress and of course the dress has a nautical collar with a large white bow in front and a matching hat.
To complete the look she wears white Mary Jane shoes and socks.
And Joanie is so excited to be dressed in her nautical outfit, that she has added a matching ribbon to her favorite bear to take along with her.
