The Scarecrow is 35” tall. His vinyl face is covered with cloth then hand painted.
He wears a green flannel jacket with big buttons and a burlap collar tied with a rope, brown flannel patched pants with lots of extra faux hay to give him the "realistic" look and brown cloth boots.
His tan gloves are armatured so he can hold his Diploma of Intelligence.
Any everyone knows that the Scarecrow has to wear a hat!
